Job summary

Siemens Energy in Worcester is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Program Lead to drive the end-to-end industrialization and scale-up of AM solutions within Gas Services. You will collaborate with technology, design engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, service and external partners to qualify, expand capacity and prepare for serial production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or equivalent people leadership.
• Experience in industrialization, production ramp-up or related operations.
• Strong stakeholder influence across senior leadership and partners.
• Familiarity with Siemens Energy processes and interfaces.
• Technical background in gas turbine components or additive manufacturing.
• Business acumen with investments, budgets and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AM work package delivery, meeting scope, milestones, budget and objectives.
• Industrialization, qualification and ramp-up of AM solutions for serial manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain the integrated AM roadmap with priorities and dependencies.
• Build and manage the business case, including investment planning and risk management.
• Ensure readiness of manufacturing, service introduction and capacity expansion.
• Foster cross-functional governance and proactively mitigate risks.
