Job summary

Nicholson Hird seeks an accomplished Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean on a busy manufacturing site. You will coach teams, facilitate kaizen events and deploy improvement methodologies to lift productivity and cut waste. A data‑driven mindset and strong project management are essential to deliver on strategy.

Based on a site with a varied SKU mix, you will implement standard work, mentor colleagues, and pursue Six Sigma initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Lean transformation in fast paced manufacturing.
• Strong track record using Lean tools to drive quantifiable improvements.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive site Lean implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and train cross-functional teams in problem solving and standard work.
• Lead data driven projects to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure delivery of site and group level CI projects.
