Job summary

Siemens Energy's Materials Solutions division seeks a General Manager to lead one of the UK's most advanced manufacturing operations in Worcester, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost and profitability. Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership with full operational and financial (P&L) responsibility.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, gas turbines, or regulated industries.
• Successful track record scaling new technologies into industrial production.
• Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen with complex metrics.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and culture of accountability.
