Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive productivity and Lean Six Sigma across nine sites in Europe, including the UK. You will manage the project pipeline, partner with finance to quantify impact on P&L, and develop plant Productivity champions.

You will oversee the OE training program, lead major change projects, and ensure safety culture while collaborating with regional HR and Operations Directors. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Operational/manufacturing experience in engineering or materials science.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field desirable.
• Experience in regulated industries (aviation manufacturing) preferred.
• Experience leading productivity improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional productivity project pipeline.
• Analyze direct impact of productivity actions on P&L.
• Develop a network of plant productivity champions.
• Oversee and drive OE training including Lean Six Sigma and Digital.
• Lead major change projects for the region.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops.
• Uphold safety culture aligned with Linde standards.
• Travel up to 50% regionally and internationally.
