Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; professional qualifications in Lean/Process Improvement are desirable.
• Demonstrated success leading Lean/CI initiatives in financial services or similar.
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation deployments and CI practices across business units.
• Collaborate with BU leaders to align improvements with priorities.
• Coach senior managers and teams on Lean principles and playbooks.
• Develop partnerships and report updates to senior leadership.
• Drive consistent Lean standards in value stream delivery.
• Mentor AMS staff on Lean tactics and evolution of the AMS playbook.
