Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd in London seeks a Lean Transformation Leader to spearhead the deployment of continuous improvement and value-stream initiatives across the organization. You will coach senior managers, develop implementation roadmaps, and embed Lean standards with business unit partners while driving measurable benefits.

Strong communication, data interpretation and programme management skills are essential, along with Lean qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in a business or engineering discipline
• Lean qualification such as LSS Black Belt or Lean Competency System
• PM qualifications: Prince2, Scrum Master, or Agile PM

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and validate future state and implementation plans with business unit experts.
• Train and coach senior leaders and teams in Lean practices and problem solving.
• Provide updates and reports to Senior Leadership on performance.
• Drive consistent Lean standards in value stream delivery.
• Mentor AMS staff on Lean practices and evolve the AMS playbook
