Job summary

You will oversee the deployment of Lean initiatives, develop state assessments and future-state plans, and collaborate with senior leaders to translate process improvements into measurable value. Qualifications

• Academic degree preferred.
• Lean/continuous improvement qualifications such as LSS Black Belt or Lean Competency System.
• PM qualifications: Prince2, Scrum Master, Agile PM.
• Experience in Financial Services and understanding of Operational Management Practices.
• Demonstrated experience as a Lean/Process Improvement leader in Insurance or Financial Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall deployment of a Lean Transformation with initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current state and future state with implementation plan and value impact.
• Develop partnerships with Business Unit leaders to integrate continuous improvement.
• Use Lean/Problem Solving tools to develop insights and drive Lean standards.
• Deliver performance objectives as stated in charter and evaluate outcomes.
• Coach senior leaders to be sponsors and others on sustaining Lean practices.
• Provide continuous improvement updates and reports to Senior Leadership.
• Coach AMS staff on Lean playbook and tools, driving standardization.
