Qualifications

• Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operation of the production area and staffing levels.
• Provide training to workforce to ensure quality products.
• Administer safety policies and corrective actions as needed.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across shifts to meet objectives.
• Analyze department performance and drive continuous improvement using metrics.
• Enforce Standard Work and update Work Instructions.
