Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and productivity in assigned departments.
• Monitor KPI targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate production planning and resource allocation to meet schedules.
• Communicate KPIs and status via visual management and briefings.
• Conduct performance reviews and guide team development.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality specifications.
• Implement countermeasures for non-conformances and drive TPM.
• Lead PMs, changes, trials, and pilot builds.
• Collaborate with maintenance for breakdown reporting and fixes.
• Promote Lean practices to improve line availability and output.
