Job summary

NoteMachine is seeking a Lean Manager to drive operational excellence from a remote-based UK setup. You will lead cost productivity initiatives, run Kaizen events, and embed Lean culture across multiple countries while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable savings and improved customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Lean leadership, strong change-management skills, and hands-on experience with Value Stream Mapping and standardized work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, process improvement and Lean leadership.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Lean certification is a plus; hands-on Lean implementation experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost productivity initiatives and champion operational excellence.
• Run Integrated Deck Building (IDB) Workshops to identify cost-saving ideas.
• Deliver breakthrough projects via Kaizen events using Lean tools.
• Improve operations management systems to sustain performance.
• Mentor and develop future Lean practitioners and coaches.
• Drive change management through training and effective communication.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to hit cost-productivity targets.
