Job summary

Qualifications

• Excel knowledge is required.
• Data oriented mindset.
• Lean Belt (Green/Black) qualification is a plus.
• Industrial Engineering methodologies are advantageous.

• Familiarity with manufacturing management and performance improvement programs.
• Project management/leadership experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage projects introducing new manufacturing systems and procedures to enhance fab performance.
• Understand and improve OEE and drive throughput improvement programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new procedures and systems.
• Lead small and large cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Perform speed modelling and throughput analyses.
