Job summary

Ingenics AG in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Production Improvement Consultant to lead efficiency projects for clients in the UK. You will develop process planning, balance workflow, and optimise layouts to raise shopfloor performance.

You will run workshops, visualise results, present to management, and support sustainable improvements. Requires degree in industrial engineering, MTM and SLB expertise, and willingness to travel UK and internationally as part of an international team.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive industry or consulting with focus on efficiency improvement programs.
• Expertise in MTM & SLB; strong knowledge of project management and lean tools.
• Willingness to travel UK & internationally; international team mindset.

Your profile

• Successfully completed engineering studies with a degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the aerospace or automotive industry and/or consulting with a focus on efficiency improvement programs.
• Expertise in Methods Time Measurement (MTM) & Standard Line Balancing (SLB) and profound knowledge of project management and lean management tools.
• Motivation to be part of an international team and taking responsibility for the global ramp-up of our clients.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
