Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment in West London is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to own and deliver the CI program, driving Lean initiatives and coaching teams in CI tools. The role focuses on data-driven performance improvement and waste reduction within a food/FMCG setting.

Permanent position, Mon–Fri, with a £60,000 base and a 20% bonus, plus healthcare and other benefits. You will lead cross-functional improvements across the site in West London.

Qualifications

• Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement.
• Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel.
