GXO Logistics, Inc. in Ollerton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a culture of ongoing performance improvement across our site.

You will identify opportunities to boost productivity, reduce costs, and deliver outstanding service for customers. You will analyse operational performance against KPIs, coach teams to adopt best-practice methods, and drive change initiatives from concept through to execution on the floor.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
