Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Compliance Apprentice at our Telford site to work with the Head of Continuous Improvement & Compliance and the wider team. You will use Lean methods to identify improvement opportunities and support compliance activities across key areas, including audits and non-conformance analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• Skilled in applying improvement tools and techniques.
• Strong communication, engagement, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CI roles and familiarity with BSI/ISO practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify underperforming processes and analyse root causes to plan, implement and deliver improvements.
• Lead improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of projects ensuring timelines, quality and costs are met.
• Collaborate with Head of CI & Compliance and broader team.
