Job summary

Fluke Corporation’s Norwich site seeks an Apprentice in Quality & EHS to support the Q-EHS Manager. The role covers ISO 9001 quality and ISO 45001/14001 EHS tasks within Operations, contributing to a safe, compliant and continually improving site.

You will gain hands-on experience across audits, documentation, training, KPI reporting and cross-functional collaboration, with progression toward a Quality Engineer pathway as training progresses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to train and present.

Responsibilities

• Work with Q-EHS manager to maintain and improve quality, environmental and OHMS systems.
• Promote a Quality, Environmental and Safety-First culture across the site.
• Conduct incidents and nonconformance investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with personnel on Q-EHS processes, risk evaluation and controls.
• Compile and present KPI data.
• Maintain the Q-EHS audit schedule.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting training.
• Review controlled documents.
