Job summary

South West Water is looking for a Customer Leakage Administrator in Exeter to join the Leakage Delivery team on a full-time, 9-month contract. You will provide clerical support, manage day-to-day leakage tasks, and ensure accurate reporting and SLA adherence.

Based in Devon/Cornwall, you will coordinate with field teams, handle inquiries, and help maintain efficient admin processes. A strong organisation and communication skill set is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C or equivalent including Maths and English
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration
• Proven experience of working in a busy office environment
• Proven track record of working to deadlines
• Good organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor Leakage Inboxes and workflow queues and assist in dealing with customer contacts when appropriate.
• Deal with telephone enquiries where appropriate.
• Maintain effective communication with the area leakage team and manage schedules for DMAs and meetings.
• Support leakage workflow planning and create cases with accurate reports and SLA adherence.
• Raise purchase/work orders and manage supplier receipts.
