Job summary

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, focus on inclusivity, and participate in hiring, training, and leadership development activities across the UK and Ireland network.

• Proven leadership in a full-service restaurant or bar.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to company specifications in prep and line areas.
• Direct culinary operations on shift with emphasis on freshness and quality.
