Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd in the UK is looking for a Northern Regional Manager to lead a team of commercial dishwasher engineers across the northern region. You will drive performance and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong KPI interpretation, field leadership, and the ability to develop engineers through hands-on evaluation and visible leadership in the field. A full UK driving licence is essential.

• Strong ability to analyse KPI data and drive performance.
• Commercially focused leadership with swift decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Cover the northern area of the UK and lead a team of engineers to maximise performance.
• Manage KPI tracking, performance analysis and 121 meetings to identify trends.
• Develop engineers through evaluation and visible field leadership.
• Be out in the field as much as possible to stay connected with the team.

Northern Regional Manager

• Covering the northern area of the UK
• Leading a team of commercial dishwasher engineer to make them as performance perfect as possible
• Dealing with KPI's, performance analysis, and 121 meetings to spot any problems or trends in productivity
• Developing the engineers through evaluation and being out in the field to be as visible as possible

Salary and Benefits of a Northern regional manager

• 50-55k basic depending on experience
• Product training on commercial dishwashers and glass washers to understand the company even more

Skills and background needed to be a successful regional manager

• Living ideally in or around the Manchester to Yorkshire area but they would consider anyone in the north the country
• You don't need any technical sector experience as this is a more leadership and performance role
• You need to be a commercially focused leader with experience in managing the performance of a team of engineers or workers
• You need to have experience with managing and interpretation KPI's and data focused management
• You need to be fast paced, be able to pivot when needed, and be proactive in your leadership skills
• A full UK driving licence
