Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Northern Regional Manager to oversee the northern UK operations for a long-established dishwasher and glass washer specialist. You will lead a field-based team, drive performance, and ensure service excellence for a large hospitality client base.

Based in the Manchester to Yorkshire area, you will manage KPI metrics, conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews, and develop engineers through field coaching while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a field-based team of engineers or workers.
• Experience interpreting KPIs and using data-driven management.
• Commercial focus with strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of commercial dishwasher engineers to optimize performance.
• Manage KPI performance, analysis, and hold 1-on-1 meetings to identify problems or trends.
• Develop engineers through field evaluation and visibility.

Northern Regional Manager

Covering the northern area of the UK

• Leading a team of commercial dishwasher engineer to make them as performance perfect as possible
• Dealing with KPI's, performance analysis, and 121 meetings to spot any problems or trends in productivity
• Developing the engineers through evaluation and being out in the field to be as visible as possible

• 50-55k basic depending on experience
• Product training on commercial dishwashers and glass washers to understand the company even more

Skills and background needed to be a successful regional manager

• Living ideally in or around the Manchester to Yorkshire area but they would consider anyone in the north the country
• You don't need any technical sector experience as this is a more leadership and performance role
• You need to be a commercially focused leader with experience in managing the performance of a team of engineers or workers
• You need to have experience with managing and interpretation KPI's and data focused management
• You need to be fast paced, be able to pivot when needed, and be proactive in your leadership skills
• A full UK driving licence
