Job summary

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Northern Regional Manager to cover the northern UK, leading a team of commercial dishwasher engineers to maximise performance and reliability for a wide client base. You’ll drive KPI analysis, conduct 121s, and guide field engineers through coaching and visible leadership.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. The package offers a salary of 50-55k basic, plus a car, phone, laptop, fuel card and private health care, with 25 days’ holiday

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of engineers or workers.
• Experience interpreting KPI's and data-driven management.
• Commercially focused leadership with field exposure.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
