Job summary

Look Ahead Care and Support is seeking an experienced Head of Talent and Development to join the People Team at Head Office in Islington on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role offers a competitive package and a clear leadership path.

• Lead Look Ahead's recruitment approach to attract, select and onboard high-quality candidates.
• Oversee management and leadership development programmes to strengthen capability.
• Provide leadership for inclusion and diversity across Look Ahead.
• Promote a culture where diverse perspectives are recognised and valued.
• Set objectives and development plans for team members and ensure governance across recruitment and learning activities.
