Job summary

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor on a 6-month part-time contract. The role supports delivery of Leadership & Management Development Pathway, working 2-3 days per week from Haylock House, Kettering.

You will design, deliver and evaluate leadership programmes, coach managers, and help build the skills and behaviours that enable leaders to thrive. Hybrid working offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate leadership and management development programmes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate learning across diverse audiences.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring managers and building leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Leadership and Management programmes.
• Support design, delivery and continuous improvement of the Development Pathway.
• Lead on evaluating impact of leadership programmes.
