Job summary

• A relevant professional social work qualification and be registered with NISCC.
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualifying experience in adult social care.
• Experience delivering performance management and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management to Older People’s Community Social Work team.
• Develop and deliver a social work service model aligned to priorities and standards.
• Lead governance, quality assurance and safeguarding across the service area.
• Engage multi-professional colleagues, users and carers to co-design services.
• Monitor performance, reporting and service delivery against targets and outcomes.
