Connected Health Group Limited in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Care Manager to lead and develop Area Care Managers across designated Health and Social Care Trusts. You will drive quality, compliance and person-centred care while expanding regional services and building strong community partnerships.

You'll manage audits, safeguarding, and KPI reporting, coach teams to reach their full potential, and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience in a high-performing environment.
• Experience in domiciliary care.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and retain teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work toward NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence; waiver possible if disability prevents driving.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of Area Care Managers, providing coaching and support.
• Oversee audits, records, safeguarding and complaints to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Champion safe, person-centred homecare and drive service improvements.
• Monitor regional performance, KPIs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build partnerships with Health and Social Care Trusts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
• Support growth by developing local teams and expanding services.
• Provide operations cover during leave or emergencies and occasional on-call duties.
