Love Childcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Before and After School Club Supervisor for a primary school in Horsham, West Sussex. You’ll lead breakfast and after-school clubs, running day-to-day operations, coordinating a team and shaping a welcoming, safe environment where children look forward to attending.

The role is term-time, with hours 7:15-8:45am and 3:00-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus holiday sessions. Salary is up to £13.71 per hour on a permanent contract.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a breakfast and after-school club.
• Ability to work with children including those with SEN.
• Full commitment to Monday to Friday sessions.
• Strong communication with children, parents and school staff.
• DBS check/compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Own the club: take full responsibility for day-to-day running of the clubs at your school, leading a team of childcare workers with fairness and professionalism.
• Shaping the experience: plan and deliver a balance of child-led play and structured activities that are engaging.
• Championing inclusion: help make sessions accessible and welcoming for all children, including those with SEN.
• Safety and administration: complete registers, accident and incident forms, and health and safety checks, following safeguarding policies.
• Building relationships: communicate warmly and professionally with children, parents, the school and colleagues.
