• Manage and coordinate production/workshop teams
• Oversee product builds from start to finish
• Allocate work and workloads to meet deadlines
• Liaise with supply chains and suppliers for materials
• Manage stores and stock levels
• Ensure projects stay on schedule
• Develop and support team members
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth delivery
