Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee production operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. You will coordinate workloads and supervise product builds from start to finish, liaising with supply chains to ensure materials are available when required.

You will manage stores and stock levels, monitor production progress and support and develop team members, working closely with other departments to ensure smooth project

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising production/workshop teams.
  • Strong track record managing projects and production schedules.
  • Confident in managing people and allocating workloads.
  • Experience coordinating with supply chains and stores.
  • Strong health & safety and quality compliance knowledge.
  • Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled qualifications desirable.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate production/workshop teams
  • Oversee product builds from start to finish
  • Allocate work and manage workloads to meet project deadlines
  • Liaise with supply chains and suppliers to ensure materials are available
  • Manage stores and stock levels
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule
