Job summary

Thought Machine is seeking a talented HCM systems manager to own Workday HCM and related people systems, driving automation, data quality and reporting across the People function. You will partner with HR, Recruitment, Finance and IT to deliver structured system enhancements and reliable data, playing a key role in scalable, automated people processes.

Qualifications

• Proven Workday HCM knowledge across core HCM, compensation, security groups, and reporting.
• Experience implementing and maintaining HR systems with automation.
• Strong end-user focus and ability to automate processes.
• Excellent relationship-building with HR, IT, finance and ops stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday HCM and related people systems, drive ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Lead process improvements with a focus on automation and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Finance and IT to capture requirements and prioritise system changes.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and communications with product owners and commercial teams.
• Support training and production of user guides for new processes.
