Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Lead Workday Engineer to serve as the subject matter expert and technical lead for the organisation’s Workday platform, covering HR, Finance and integrated functions.

You will own configuration, deployment, and ongoing improvements, align Workday with business objectives, manage security roles and integrations, and enable data‑driven decision making with clear documentation and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring and maintaining Workday deployments.
• Experience aligning HR/Finance processes to system capabilities.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday initiatives, configurations, and system upgrades.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday modules and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on new Workday features and best practices.
