Job summary

Talentedge is seeking an experienced Finance Integration Lead to drive the integration, optimisation and ongoing development of Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology and People, owning complex systems change from design through to go-live.

You will partner with Finance, HR and Technology to translate business requirements into effective Workday delivery, managing end-to-end integration projects and data migrations

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday Finance integration projects.
• Experience in Workday HCM and cross-module sharing.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: AP/AR/expenses/procurement/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Finance integration and transformation projects including plans, milestones, risks and delivery.
• Own Finance requirements across Workday to ensure scalable, well-controlled processes.
• Lead process reviews, gap analysis and future-state design across Workday Financial Management.
• Collaborate with HCM teams on processes and data spanning Workday Financials and HCM.
• Support Workday configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data flows between systems.
• Drive process improvement, automation, controls and reporting across Finance.
• Lead change and adoption activities including stakeholder communications and training.
• Act as a trusted partner to Finance, HR and Technology throughout the programme.

Permanent | Hybrid – 2 days in the office | Up to £110,000

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Integration Lead to join a growing organisation and lead the integration, optimisation and ongoing development of Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Finance, Technology and People, and who can take ownership of complex systems change from requirements and design through to testing, implementation and go-live.

You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Technology and senior stakeholders, acting as the key link between business requirements and Workday delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end Workday Finance integration and transformation projects, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery.
• Own Finance requirements across Workday, ensuring solutions meet business needs and support scalable, well-controlled processes.
• Lead process reviews, gap analysis and future-state design across Workday Financial Management.
• Work closely with HCM teams on processes and data spanning Workday Financials and HCM.
• Support Workday configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, data flows and connected systems.
• Drive process improvement, automation, controls and reporting across Finance.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Workday Financial Management, ideally within implementation, transformation or integration programmes.
• Experience working across Workday Finance and HCM.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including AP, AR, expenses, procurement, accounting and reporting.
• Proven experience leading complex systems or integration projects through to delivery.
• Comfortable working with Workday integrations, data migration, APIs, EIB, Studio or similar technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work confidently with senior Finance, HR and Technology teams.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to bring structure to complex and evolving programmes.
