Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Solution Consultant to provide leadership in platform configuration, business transformation, and customer enablement for FNZ's wealth platform. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to define requirements, design target operating models, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong communication, and delivery-focused collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and capability development.
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in client- and delivery-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for aligned FNZ client projects, mentoring juniors.
• Define proposition and product requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Advise on platform operating models and integration design for FNZ solutions.
• Run MWS configuration for platform implementations and capture configuration points.
• Document bespoke customer requirements and ensure delivery matches outcomes.
• Train clients and transfer knowledge on FNZ solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance guidance for platform delivery.
