Job summary

FNZ is seeking a talented Solution Consultant – Figaro to join the Asset Management Infrastructure Consultancy team. In this highly visible, client-facing role, you will advise wealth management clients on maximising value from the Figaro platform, through consultancy, business analysis and implementation support.

You will work across the full client lifecycle, translating business needs into actionable requirements, delivering training, and guiding platform configuration to achieve outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting, business analysis, development or similar client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management platforms and regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client consultancy and relationship management to understand and demonstrate Figaro capabilities.
• Lead business analysis activities, workshops and requirements documentation.
• Support platform implementation, configuration changes and data impact assessments.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer to promote platform adoption.
