Job summary

Stantec in Leeds seeks a Principal Water Network Modeller to provide technical leadership across water network modelling projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee governance, drive innovation, support planning and help develop the next generation of engineers.

You will influence network optimisation, leakage and pressure management while contributing to business development and client engagement in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering water network modelling projects.
• Strong knowledge of modelling software such as InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoWater Pro or Synergi Water.
• Experience leading technical delivery across complex modelling programmes.
• Strong understanding of network optimisation, leakage and pressure management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
