Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Section Manager for our Stoke site. You will lead and develop a team to achieve productivity targets, driving continuous improvement while safeguarding colleague wellbeing. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 5-from-7 day pattern with a 13:30–22:00 shift.

• Proven track record leading teams in fast-paced warehouses.
• Ability to motivate, develop and manage staff to hit targets.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety policies and compliance.
