Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Band 7 Ward Manager for Older Peoples Mental Health Services at Tameside General Hospital. You will lead a ward team, oversee nursing care, and drive high standards in line with the NMC Code and allocated resources.

• Experience in ward management and leadership within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to supervise staff, conduct induction, IPDRs and regular supervision.
• Forecasting and budget monitoring in collaboration with Service Manager & Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ward budget monitoring and forecasting with the Service Manager and Finance.
• Oversee assessment and delivery of care for Older Peoples Service, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Promote multidisciplinary and multi-agency team approaches to care with the Transfer Team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and participate in risk management, audits and safety initiatives.
