Job summary

Nike London Flagship is seeking an Assistant Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling. You will lead the VMS team, collaborate with Head Coach and Retail Ops to execute world-class visual standards and seasonal storytelling, driving commercial results and brand experience.

The role requires retail leadership experience, excellent English, and a passion for Nike. You will coach, train, and develop the team, ensuring top display execution and store presentation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English (written & spoken).
• Experience in delivering exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong focus on communication and flexibility for shifts/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head Coach VMS and Retail Ops to apply geo visual merchandising direction.
• Lead and inspire the London Flagship VMS team to achieve world-class visuals.
• Plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, product stories, and marketing elements.
• Manage inventory, fixtures, mannequins, and VMS materials; allocate staff as needed.
• Analyze results and balance commerciality with brand experience; capture product executions.
• Execute training to ensure knowledge of visual standards and seasonal trends.
