Job summary

A Senior Technician / Workshop Controller is sought by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Rugby to lead a busy workshop and demonstrate technical leadership. You will perform advanced diagnostics, oversee servicing to manufacturer standards, and mentor other technicians.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• MOT Tester certification.
• Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding experience.
• Previous senior or lead technician experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on a range of vehicles.
• Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct and oversee MOT testing in accordance with current legislation.
• Support and mentor other technicians within the workshop.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to high quality standards.
• Assist in workshop planning and health and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve faults effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work and parts used.
