Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wimbledon, London, is seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy main dealership workshop. You will diagnose and repair a range of vehicles using state-of-the-art tools, mentor junior technicians, and help maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Technician or Senior Technician.
• Experience in main dealerships or high-performing independent garages.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT Testing qualification desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and repair work on a range of vehicles.
• Perform complex electrical and electronic repairs.
• Maintain workmanship to manufacturer guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior technicians.
• Ensure safety and environmental policy compliance.
• Complete service and repair documentation accurately.
• Assist in vehicle preparation for MOT testing.
• Liaise with parts department to ensure availability of components.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop.
