Qualificações

• Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing products across mobile and web.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end with a strong portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead key design initiatives end-to-end across mobile and web platforms.
• Own design direction from problem framing through detailed execution.
• Produce and guide high-quality design outputs, including user journeys, information architecture, flows, prototypes, UI design, and delivery-ready specifications.
• Drive a discovery-to-delivery loop with Research and Product teams to test and iterate insights.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across touchpoints.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align goals, scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Articulate design rationale in senior forums supporting customer needs and business drivers.
• Coach and develop direct reports to foster a high-performing team culture.
