Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee software implementations within the utility sector. You will manage proposals through completion, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables meet scope, time, and budget.

The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to project governance. Expect to work with cross-functional teams and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale, multifaceted enterprise-wide Consulting & Technology Projects in electric or gas utility environments.
• Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge and best practices.
• PMP Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project implementation team to deliver software and services on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate with client and TRC management; provide timely reporting and status updates.
• Lead delivery of Statements of Work and respond to RFPs with delivery expertise.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to TRC policies across projects.
