Bentley is seeking a Lead UI Designer in Crewe to lead UI and HMI design across our luxury digital interfaces. You will champion the UI design system and drive design excellence across cross-functional teams, shaping exceptional user experiences aligned with Bentley’s brand strategy.

Reporting to design leadership, you’ll mentor designers, influence stakeholders and collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and Technology to deliver accessible, high-quality interfaces across our product

Qualifications

• Demonstrable expertise in UI and HMI design.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience leading UI design projects from concept through to implementation.
• Experience developing, implementing or maintaining design systems and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality UI solutions across Bentley’s iconic products, ensuring visual excellence, usability and alignment with brand values and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Bentley’s UI Design System, guidelines and playbooks to drive consistency and scalability.
• Define and evolve digital interface direction translating brand identity into premium, intuitive experiences.
• Lead the UI Design Forum fostering collaboration and alignment across projects and functions.
• Represent Bentley within VW Group UI initiatives and ensure alignment with design standards.
• Mentor designers and foster a culture of design innovation.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and Technology teams to deliver accessible interfaces and ensure feasible handover.
• Present concepts, prototypes and recommendations to stakeholders with evidence-based evaluation.
