Working within a talented team of specialists, you'll lead cross-functional projects from concept to realisation, collaborating with suppliers and senior stakeholders to drive exceptional sensory and visual experiences.

Your expertise in automotive CMF, recognised through a strong portfolio, will underpin your ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, digital design tools, and 3D visualisation is essential, with VRED knowledge a plus. Whether coming from a luxury automotive, supplier, or high-end product design background, your passion for innovation and craftsmanship will be key to shaping the future of Bentley’s iconic design language. This hybrid role offers flexibility, typically requiring onsite presence three days a week.
