You don't need art industry experience; you need solid transport and logistics know-how, confidence with drivers, and excellent organisation. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, £40,000 salary with real scope to influence frontline operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport, fleet planning, logistics or distribution.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Hardworking, hands-on and proactive in daily tasks.
• Confidently manages a wide range of driver personalities under pressure.
• Excellent UK geographical knowledge.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing rotas and availability for 15+ drivers and technicians, scheduling collections and deliveries.
• Planning and coordinating weekly domestic logistics activity with flexibility for changes.
• Providing phone support to drivers on the road and acting as a calm point of contact.
• Monitoring driver hours, CPC compliance and holiday/timekeeping with line managers.
• Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs and workshop visits.
• Assisting with import/export customs processes for cross-border jobs.
• Building client relationships, providing quotations and follow-up.
• Working with Projects, Shipping, Customs and Warehouse teams and supporting recruitment.
