Job summary

Osiris Recruitment is seeking a Lead Design Engineer for Traction Power to lead design and development of traction power systems for transportation projects. You will guide a team of engineers, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with cross-functional disciplines.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, hands-on design software proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling internationally on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading electrical design teams for rail/traction projects.
• Strong knowledge of traction power standards and regulations.
• Experience using engineering design software and tools.

Responsibilities
