Qualifications

• Experience leading Accidental Damage claims across multiple locations (in-house and outsourced).
• Proven track record in coaching high-performance teams and driving engagement.
• Ability to deliver customer and claims outcomes with first contact resolution.
• Experience with quality and regulatory compliance in insurance.
• Data and insight driven performance improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Experience managing outsourced partners against contractual requirements.
