The role is suitable for an experienced ODP or Nurse with scrub experience, with rotation across elective and trauma orthopaedics, weekend and on-call duties, and a commitment to safeguarding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in surgical scrub role.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Elective & Trauma Orthopaedic procedures.
• Ability to lead the team and mentoring experience & qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead theatre scrub practitioner; take charge of the unit/area when required.
• Participate in internal rotation, weekend, unsocial hours and on-call duties.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and adhere to Trust policies and professional codes.
• Maintain professional relationships and uphold privacy and dignity of patients.
