Job summary

Senior Salmon are seeking a confident Supervisor to lead a team of 10+ production operatives at a luxury textiles manufacturer in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will supervise day-to-day scheduling, ensure high quality standards and provide hands-on support on textile machinery.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational discipline and the ability to maintain productivity during peak seasons. Training is provided and a temp-to-perm path is available.

• Daily scheduling — Organising workloads and planning tasks.
• Quality control — Maintaining high standards across luxury textiles.
• Training & guidance — Coaching team members and enforcing safe practices.
• Machine oversight — Supervising guillotines, glue machines and sewing equipment.
• Peak period readiness — Keeping output steady during busy seasons.
