Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on experience in test engineering within electronics or system development.
• Proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA function testing or in-circuit testing, with familiarity in Keysight.
• Demonstrated leadership managing Test Engineering teams, including mentoring and performance management.
• Strong track record in defining test strategies, standards, and architectures across multiple product families.
• In-depth knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) methodologies, diagnostics, and test optimization.
• Experience overseeing test development through NPI to volume production with formal handover procedures.
• Advanced analytical skills bridging design, testing, and manufacturing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across international teams.
• Solid grasp of safety, quality, and compliance frameworks governing test equipment.
• Proficiency with SAP and advanced MS Office for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Test Development team and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define site-wide test strategies for PCA and final product testing aligned with business goals.
• Oversee development and standardization of test architectures—hardware, fixtures, software, diagnostics, data capture.
• Embed Design for Test (DFT) principles throughout product development from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering - Operations, Engineering, Quality to ensure smooth handover and production readiness.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 and other safety standards.
• Govern test development activities through design reviews, validation workflows, and release milestones.
• Pioneer automation and data-driven approaches to boost test effectiveness and cost efficiency.
