Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of production line tester design and maintenance.
  • Experience with PCB/PCBA design, batteries, RF/IR testing methods.
  • Hands-on expertise with hardware systems, embedded interfaces, and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hardware, ATE, and software changes for new and legacy products.
  • Develop and implement testing procedures for new products.
  • Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing for key components.
  • Provide technical support to global production floors.
  • Collaborate with production line engineers to deploy testers internationally.
  • Document results and communicate with peers and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes and systems.
